The first Naviga User Conference (formerly the MSG User Conference) was held June 3-4 in Florida. With the addition of users of our formerly-known-as-Newscycle products, we had 100 customers from the book, magazine and newspaper industries. Plus, we had 25 Naviga staff members from product experts to our Chief Digital Officer. As usual, people were there to hear informative presentations, share best practices, meet with Naviga staff, give feedback on future development and network. In addition, we had a track exclusively for introducing Naviga Ad to newspapers.

Once again, we were at the Ritz-Carlton in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. This year, the weather was spectacular. The staff, as usual, were attentive, and the food, top-notch. In other words, what you’d expect from the Ritz.
